RETURN POLICY

If something is not quite right we offer free returns and exchanges for full-price purchases. The item(s) must be returned in original condition with the original packaging and all tags attached. Any garments that appear to have been worn, washed, or altered in any way will be refused. Please take care when trying on garments, as we cannot accept garments that have makeup stains and/or that smell of perfume. The item/s must be returned to us before the refund or exchange is made, we always encourage obtaining a receipt with the tracking information as it is your responsibility until we receive the item. Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order. Once the return process has started the item must be mailed 7 days after receiving your return slip.

Returns and exchanges are free for any full-price purchase within policy. However, we are only able to provide pre-paid shipping labels for US customers. Should you choose to forgo our free return service and use a different carrier at your own expense, our Concierge Team can assist you with the proper return address. We are not able to reimburse return shipping costs.

I WOULD LIKE TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM. WHAT SHOULD I DO FIRST?

You can return an item for a refund or exchange if it meets the conditions of our returns policy. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Please email info@vicentethelabel.com to start the process. 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY REFUND TO BE PROCESSED?

Once we receive and inspected your your refund request, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of receipt. You will receive an email to confirm that your refund has been processed. We will return the money by the same means of payment which you used to purchase.

DO YOU REFUND SHIPPING COSTS?

We are only able to provide pre-paid shipping labels for US customers. Shipping costs internationally are non refundable. Please note that in the case you are not eligible for a free returns label, we are unable to cover the return delivery costs.
